In 2011 we discovered our 1919 family home was in desperate need of a new basement. We are the third generation owners and this home sits strongly in my heart. After looking at our options we decided to replace it with a new ICF one. We were looking at the daunting task of moving our home, demolition of the old basement and building of the new one. We decided to work with Canadian Basement Replacements Inc. They would be able to do most of the work for us, allowing us less sub trades to have to deal with. With the building boom having hit Saskatchewan this service was something we wanted from the start. Our project manager Charlie took call after call from me, with patience, answering all our questions and concerns. By the end of the job I am sure he must have shuddered to see my number show on his phone, yet he was always polite, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. They stood by their word and their quote! Everything they said they would do, they did. Our family home now sits high and dry on the new basement. We have been told "she looks so regal".
